Villa Red Palms is a private three bedroom villa which offers its guests total peace and serenity. The villa is located in the Umalas district which is a short drive to the up-market area of Seminyak where a vast selection of restaurants, bars and shopping awaits you. Only a 30 minute drives from Bali's International Airport.

Enter Villa Red Palms through beautiful antique wooden doors which lead you to a lawn garden and to the spacious open-air living room. Tastefully decorated, the living room is fan-cooled and equipped with comfortable rattan sofas, scattered cushions, and a unique wooden coffee table accompanied by charming artifacts and carefully carved Balinese ceilings. This Balinese setting allows its guests to enjoy its natural surroundings. Fresh flowers and orchids also complete the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small breakfast bar and stools. A guest bathroom with solid wooden furnishings is also conveniently located close-by.

Stepping stones allow you to walk across the lawn garden area which provides direct access to the bedrooms and private swimming pool. There are a good number of pool loungers available and a number of areas where guests can simply relax. The swimming pool also has a high water feature where water cascades down the wall accompanied by stone statues. Made from natural stones the pool is surrounded by lush tropical plantations and hibiscus trees. The bale bengong with its high thatched roof is another area for relaxation which overlooks the pool, jungle and the river. There is another outdoor kitchen, bar area, BBQ grill and Pizza Oven. Additional facilities include: Wireless Internet, Telephone, Cell phone, Satellite Television, Stereo System, DVD/CD players and safe deposit boxes.

The bedrooms are carefully decorated and boast views of either the jungle or the river. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature king beds, good quality linens, private en-suite marble bathrooms, televisions, and are beautifully furnished. All bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and outdoor showers.

Villa Red Palms has a team of dedicated staff including 1 house manager, 1 housekeeper, 1 chef, 1 gardener and 24 hour security.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service
   - Welcome drinks and chilled towels upon arrival
   - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   - Laundry service
   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: January 31 - February 7, April 22 - 29, July 1 - September 15.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
   
3. Villa Capacity
   Maximum occupancy is 8 persons.
